Responsibilities
- Perform daily maintenance on roads, sidewalks, and public facilities
- Operate heavy machinery including backhoes, dump trucks, and asphalt rollers
- Assist in stormwater management and drainage system upkeep
- Participate in snow removal and emergency response operations
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and city regulations
- Conduct site inspections and document maintenance activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project coordination
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Oklahoma Class B driver's license (CDL preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment operation
- Pass pre-employment physical and background check
- Experience in public works or construction preferred but not required
- Strong commitment to community service and public safety
