Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor in road maintenance, park upkeep, and facility repairs
- Operate light equipment including mowers, trimmers, and hand/power tools
- Assist in traffic signal installation and sign maintenance
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Respond to emergency weather-related maintenance requests
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid California Class C Driver's License
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in varied conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction/maintenance practices
- Experience with hand/power tools preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in all weather
- Successful background clearance required
