Responsibilities
- Perform grounds maintenance, landscaping, and park upkeep across Tulsa's 135+ parks
- Operate heavy machinery (mowers, tractors, snow removal equipment) safely and efficiently
- Assist in road repair, street cleaning, and storm drain maintenance
- Conduct facility maintenance including painting, minor repairs, and equipment servicing
- Respond to weather emergencies (snow/ice, flooding) and disaster recovery efforts
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and proper waste disposal procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Experience with landscaping equipment or heavy machinery preferred
- Basic knowledge of hand/power tools and maintenance procedures
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions and flexible schedules
- Pass background check and drug screening
