Responsibilities
- Perform street maintenance including pothole repairs and striping
- Operate light/heavy machinery (sweepers, loaders, dump trucks)
- Assist in snow removal and storm response operations
- Conduct park maintenance and facility upkeep
- Support recycling and waste management programs
- Adhere to all OSHA and city safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Nebraska driver's license (Class B preferred)
- 1+ years of equipment operation or labor experience
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities
