Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor for infrastructure maintenance including road repairs, drainage systems, and park upkeep
- Operate heavy machinery (backhoes, dump trucks) safely and efficiently with proper training
- Assist in emergency response for weather-related public works incidents
- Complete digital reports and documentation remotely using mobile field management systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project coordination
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ years construction/labor experience
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic proficiency with digital reporting tools for remote work components
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Must pass background check and drug screening
