Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor for infrastructure maintenance (roads, sidewalks, parks)
- Operate hand tools and light machinery (shovels, saws, dump trucks)
- Assist in construction projects and emergency repairs
- Ensure work areas comply with safety regulations
- Load/unload materials and equipment safely
- Participate in snow removal and storm response
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Indiana driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Basic equipment operation knowledge
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Pass pre-employment physical and background check
- No experience required - training provided
