Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on roads, sidewalks, and public facilities
- Operate light machinery (sweepers, mowers, hand tools) safely and efficiently
- Assist in construction projects including grading, trenching, and material handling
- Conduct site inspections and submit digital reports via remote portal
- Collaborate with supervisors through virtual planning meetings
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and municipal safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Texas Driver's License with clean record
- 1+ years construction/maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic proficiency with digital reporting tools (mobile apps, cloud platforms)
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
