Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor for infrastructure construction and maintenance projects
- Operate hand tools, power equipment, and light machinery safely
- Assist with traffic control and public safety protocols
- Maintain clean and organized work sites
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance reports
- Collaborate with crew leads and engineering teams
- Adhere to OSHA and Cal/OSHA safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid California Driver's License
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Experience with construction tools and equipment preferred
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions (heat, rain, dust)
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Must be a US citizen or authorized to work
