Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks: digging, shoveling, lifting, and carrying materials
- Assist in road maintenance, park upkeep, and public infrastructure projects
- Operate hand tools and light equipment safely (shovels, jackhammers, etc.)
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule
- Report hazards and maintain clean work areas
- Support emergency response during severe weather events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Basic knowledge of construction tools preferred
