Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including street repairs, park maintenance, and snow removal
- Operate basic machinery like mowers, sweepers, and hand tools under supervision
- Assist in construction projects including sidewalk repairs and drainage improvements
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean work sites
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
- Report infrastructure issues and contribute to preventative maintenance

Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide all necessary training
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid Indiana Driver's License (Class B preferred but not required initially)
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Ability to follow verbal instructions and safety guidelines
