Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on maintenance of public roads, sidewalks, and drainage systems
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, loaders, and street sweepers
- Assist in emergency response during storms or natural disasters
- Coordinate with remote supervisors via digital tools for project updates
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and safety protocol compliance

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid California Class C driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Experience with heavy equipment operation or similar labor roles
