Responsibilities

- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, graders) under safety protocols
- Conduct field inspections and document findings via remote reporting tools

- Ensure compliance with OSHA and municipal safety standards
- Participate in emergency response during weather events
- Manage inventory and equipment scheduling through digital platforms
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Colorado Class B driver's license
- Minimum 2 years construction/public works experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficient with digital reporting tools (e.g., GIS software)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
