Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including excavation, paving, and drainage maintenance
- Operate light machinery (saws, jackhammers, compactors) safely
- Assist in emergency storm response and debris removal
- Maintain public spaces: park upkeep, sidewalk repairs, graffiti removal
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work sites
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Basic mechanical aptitude and tool knowledge
- Pass pre-employment physical and background check
- Willingness to obtain CDL within 6 months of hire
- Prior construction or maintenance experience preferred
