Responsibilities
- Perform heavy manual labor including excavation, paving, and debris removal
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, saws, and compactors)
- Assist in road maintenance, drainage system repairs, and park renovations
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and city regulations

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year construction or public works experience preferred
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic knowledge of hand/power tools and construction materials
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Must be a US citizen or authorized to work
