Responsibilities
- Execute heavy equipment operation (backhoes, excavators, dump trucks)
- Perform road maintenance, asphalt repair, and concrete work
- Conduct park landscaping, tree trimming, and green space management

- Collaborate with engineering teams on project specifications

Qualifications
- Valid Michigan Commercial Driver's License (Class A/B)
- 2+ years heavy equipment operation experience
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic blueprint reading skills
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime
