Responsibilities
- Perform road maintenance, including pothole repairs and signage installation
- Operate heavy equipment safely (e.g., dump trucks, graders)
- Assist in stormwater drainage system upkeep
- Conduct park and facility grounds maintenance
- Support emergency response during weather events
- Adhere to all OSHA and municipal safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Florida Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years construction/maintenance experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- Basic knowledge of heavy machinery operation
- Pass pre-employment physical and background check
