Responsibilities
- Perform street maintenance and repair operations including pothole patching and striping
- Operate light equipment (sweepers, dump trucks) for infrastructure projects
- Assist in park maintenance, landscaping, and public facility upkeep
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Document work activities and maintain equipment logs
- Participate in emergency response during weather events
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on municipal improvement projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Oklahoma Driver's License with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Strong commitment to public service and community values
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Experience with municipal operations or public works a plus
