Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery for road maintenance and construction projects
- Perform routine inspections of public facilities and infrastructure
- Assist with snow removal, storm response, and emergency services
- Maintain parks, green spaces, and recreational facilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient project delivery

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic mechanical aptitude and equipment operation skills
- Commitment to public service and community values
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and emergencies
- Ability to obtain required certifications within 6 months of hire
