Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment (trucks, graders, snowplows) for infrastructure maintenance
- Perform manual labor including asphalt repair, signage installation, and vegetation control
- Conduct daily safety inspections and maintain equipment cleanliness
- Respond to emergency weather events (snow removal, storm cleanup)
- Collaborate with crews on public improvement projects
- Adhere to OSHA and municipal safety protocols
- Complete accurate daily work documentation
Qualifications
- Valid Colorado Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years construction/maintenance experience
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic equipment operation skills (excavators, loaders)
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Denver residency preferred
