Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate light equipment such as jackhammers, saws, and pressure washers
- Assist in asphalt and concrete repair projects
- Maintain cleanliness of public spaces and facilities
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Report maintenance issues and hazards promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Florida Driver's License
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic knowledge of hand/power tools
- Experience in construction or maintenance preferred
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions (heat, rain, etc.)
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Pass pre-employment physical and background check
