Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, grading, and paving operations
- Operate heavy machinery safely (bobcats, forklifts, dump trucks)
- Maintain public spaces including parks, streets, and drainage systems
- Assist in emergency response during natural disasters
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain equipment cleanliness
- Complete daily work orders and documentation accurately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Texas Class C driver's license
- Minimum 1 year construction or maintenance experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong work ethic in outdoor environments
- Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment operation
