Responsibilities
- Snow Removal & Road Maintenance: Assist in snow plowing, salting, and sanding streets to ensure safe travel during winter storms.
- Machinery Operation: Learn to operate light equipment such as dump trucks, skid steers, and loaders under strict supervision.
- Street & Park Maintenance: Perform litter removal, graffiti cleaning, and general upkeep of public parks and green spaces.
- Debris Management: Collect and haul construction debris, leaves, and trash from municipal areas.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations, wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Community Assistance: Respond to public inquiries and assist in community beautification projects.
- Physical Labor: Perform heavy lifting, digging, and manual labor as directed by senior staff.
Qualifications
- No Prior Experience Required: High school diploma or GED is preferred, but we value attitude and willingness to learn over experience.
- Valid Driver’s License: Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in all weather conditions.
