Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, grading, and paving.
- Operate heavy equipment such as backhoes, rollers, and skid steers.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
- Assist in traffic control and flagging duties.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
Qualifications
- Valid New York State Driver’s License required.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Experience with hand and power tools is a plus.
- Must pass a drug screen and background check.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
