Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and moving materials
- Operate provided equipment (shovels, brooms, hand tools, etc.)
- Assist in road maintenance, park upkeep, and construction projects
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean work sites
- Collaborate with crew members to meet project deadlines
- Report hazards and maintenance issues promptly
- Support emergency response during weather-related incidents
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid Texas Driver's License (Class C)
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment physical and background check
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
