Responsibilities
- Operate heavy construction equipment (dumpers, rollers, backhoes) provided by the company.
- Assist in road maintenance, pothole repair, and general infrastructure upkeep.
- Perform manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, and distributing construction materials.
- Participate in snow and ice removal operations during winter months.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring proper disposal of debris.
- Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and other crew members.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) required.
- Physically fit and able to perform strenuous outdoor labor in all weather conditions.
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or public works is a plus but not required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Basic mechanical knowledge is helpful but not mandatory.
