Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including street sweeping, trash collection, and snow removal
- Operate light equipment (e.g., lawnmowers, leaf blowers, shovels) safely and efficiently
- Assist in construction and maintenance of public infrastructure (sidewalks, parks, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and proper use of protective equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete assigned projects on schedule
- Report maintenance issues and environmental hazards promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, precipitation)
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds and perform repetitive tasks
- Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment operation
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- No prior experience required - training provided
