Responsibilities
- Perform street maintenance, pothole repairs, and sidewalk installations
- Operate heavy machinery (sweepers, loaders, graders) with proper certification
- Assist in snow removal and storm response operations
- Conduct routine inspections of public facilities and reporting issues
- Maintain parks, playgrounds, and green spaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Maryland driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Experience with heavy machinery operation (CDL beneficial)
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Strong attention to safety protocols
