Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, paving, and debris removal for public infrastructure projects

- Maintain safe work zones using proper signage and barricades
- Document daily work activities and material usage in digital logs

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and construction equipment
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including early mornings and weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Previous labor or construction experience preferred
