Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including road maintenance, park upkeep, and facility repairs
- Operate light machinery (sweepers, mowers, hand tools) with proper training
- Assist in stormwater drainage system inspections and maintenance
- Support emergency response crews during weather events
- Maintain clean, safe work environments at all job sites
- Complete daily logs and equipment maintenance reports
Qualifications
- Valid Louisiana driver's license (Class D or higher)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor in varying weather
- Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, weekends, or on-call shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of hand/power tools and safety protocols
