Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor for infrastructure maintenance (roads, parks, facilities)
- Operate light machinery (sweepers, forklifts, hand tools)
- Assist in construction projects and repair operations
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental standards
- Participate in emergency response during weather events
- Conduct routine inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on public projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid California Driver's License
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly

- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Preferred: 6 months construction/labor experience
- Preferred: OSHA 10 certification
