Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of manual labor tasks including cleaning, loading, and unloading construction materials.
- Operate heavy and light machinery, including backhoes, rollers, dump trucks, and skid steers.
- Assist in road maintenance, including pothole repair, striping, and pavement patching.
- Clear debris, snow, and vegetation from roads, sidewalks, and public facilities.
- Set up and maintain traffic control zones, including signs, cones, and barricades.
- Use hand and power tools to assist in various maintenance and construction projects.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Arizona Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat and rain.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power equipment is preferred but not required.
- Must pass a post-offer physical examination.
