Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials.
- Operate and maintain heavy machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist in road maintenance, snow removal, and traffic control operations.
- Maintain public parks, right-of-ways, and drainage systems.
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Collect and transport waste and recyclable materials as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Physical ability to perform strenuous tasks in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Experience in construction, landscaping, or public service is a plus.
