Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery (backhoes, graders) and construction tools
- Perform manual labor including excavation, paving, and drainage installation
- Assist in road maintenance, sidewalk repairs, and stormwater management
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and environmental standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on municipal projects
- Maintain equipment and worksite cleanliness
- Complete daily progress reports and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Texas Driver's License
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Basic mechanical aptitude and tool knowledge
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
