Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repair of city streets, sidewalks, and parks.
- Operate heavy machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist with snow removal and ice control during winter months.
- Direct traffic and ensure safety on construction sites.
- Load and unload construction materials and equipment.
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Experience with construction equipment is a plus.
