Responsibilities
- Perform heavy manual labor including excavation, grading, and paving
- Operate heavy machinery safely (bulldozers, backhoes, dump trucks)
- Maintain roads, sidewalks, and drainage systems
- Assist in emergency storm response and flood control
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA standards

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid California Driver's License
