Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor for infrastructure construction/maintenance (roads, sidewalks, drainage)
- Operate light equipment (jackhammers, saws, compactors) under supervision
- Load/unload materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and use PPE consistently
- Assist skilled tradespeople with project execution
- Perform site cleanup and debris removal
- Work in diverse weather conditions (Alaskan climate adaptation required)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Alaska driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic hand tool experience preferred
