Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including excavation, grading, and paving operations
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, saws, and compactors)
- Assist in road maintenance, drainage system repairs, and park upkeep
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and city regulations
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Participate in emergency response during weather-related events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Georgia Driver's License required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic mechanical aptitude and tool knowledge
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
