Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including excavation, debris removal, and landscape maintenance
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, power tools) safely and efficiently
- Assist in road repair, sidewalk construction, and stormwater system maintenance
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on municipal infrastructure projects
- Document work activities and maintain equipment in proper working condition
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Washington State Driver's License
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Experience with hand/power tools and construction equipment preferred
- Basic knowledge of safety standards and construction practices
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and flexible schedule availability
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical examination
