Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including street sweeping, pothole patching, and graffiti removal.
- Operate and maintain light to heavy equipment such as jackhammers, rollers, and skid steers.
- Assist in traffic control and flagging operations to ensure worker and public safety.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and debris from trucks.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with crew leads to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
- Inspect work areas for hazards and report safety concerns immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Physical stamina required to work in various weather conditions and perform strenuous labor.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks throughout the workday.
- Basic math skills for reading measurements and following instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
