What You Will Do:
- Assist in the construction, repair, and maintenance of city streets, sidewalks, and drainage systems.
- Operate light to medium heavy equipment (training provided on-site).
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, loading, and hauling materials.
- Respond to citizen service requests regarding public infrastructure and debris removal.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and compliant with all OSHA safety regulations.
- Work in various weather conditions and maintain a high level of physical stamina.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Basic math skills and ability to read technical blueprints or instructions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Willingness to obtain necessary certifications during paid training.
