Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain light and heavy construction equipment, including asphalt rollers and excavators.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, grading, and hauling materials.
- Assist in the installation and repair of traffic control devices and street signage.
- Perform general cleanup and maintenance of work sites to ensure safety and compliance.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations while working in active traffic zones.
- Collaborate with crew leads to execute daily work orders efficiently.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Oregon Driver’s License with a good driving record.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety equipment.
- Ability to pass a post-offer medical examination.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
