Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of manual labor tasks including paving, sweeping, and snow removal.
- Operate light to medium heavy equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of public infrastructure, roads, and parks.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
- Ensure all work areas remain clean, safe, and organized.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate daily tasks.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform heavy physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) with a clean driving record.
- Basic knowledge of construction or public works operations is a plus.
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts as needed.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
