Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, hauling, and lifting heavy materials.
- Operate heavy equipment such as dump trucks, graders, and loaders under supervision.
- Maintain streets, bridges, and public infrastructure through repair and cleaning.
- Assist in snow and ice removal operations during winter months.
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance of public parks and facilities.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a secure work environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Valid Class C Missouri Driver’s License required.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform strenuous labor in various weather conditions.
- Experience with construction equipment or road maintenance is a plus but not required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
