Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including site cleanup, debris removal, and material handling.
- Assist in road maintenance, pothole repair, pavement marking, and traffic control.
- Operate basic heavy machinery and tools (training provided).
- Participate in snow and ice removal operations during winter months.
- Follow strict safety protocols and site regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow team members.
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License required.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
