Responsibilities
- Perform general construction and maintenance tasks, including excavation, paving, and debris removal.
- Operate and maintain heavy machinery and hand tools in a safe and efficient manner.
- Assist with snow removal and ice control operations during winter months.
- Set up and maintain traffic control devices, signs, and barricades.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and transport them to various job sites.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Valid Driver’s License (Class A or B preferred).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards and OSHA regulations.
