We are looking for reliable individuals who are ready to roll up their sleeves and help maintain and improve our city's infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy construction equipment such as backhoes, excavators, and skid steers.
- Perform manual labor including digging, grading, and trenching for utility lines.
- Assist with street repair, pothole filling, and general road maintenance.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors to ensure project efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driverβs License (CDL preferred but not always required for entry-level).
- Ability to perform physical labor in all weather conditions.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- No prior construction experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
