Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including cleaning, loading, and unloading materials.
- Assist with road maintenance, repair, and snow removal operations.
- Maintain parks, sidewalks, and public rights-of-way in a safe and sanitary condition.
- Operate and maintain light equipment and tools under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic control regulations.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Michigan Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction or public works is a plus.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs repeatedly.
