Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties including excavation, hauling, and loading construction materials.
- Maintain and clean work sites to ensure safety and efficiency throughout the day.
- Operate light to medium equipment such as dump trucks, rollers, and skid steers under supervision.
- Assist with traffic control and flagging duties to ensure public safety.
- Install and repair storm drains, sidewalks, curbs, and asphalt paving.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) preferred.
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools, heavy machinery, and safety procedures.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
