Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of manual labor tasks including road maintenance, park upkeep, and snow removal.
- Operate and maintain light to heavy machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Utilize remote reporting tools and digital applications to log daily activities and maintenance issues.
- Assist in the installation, repair, and inspection of public infrastructure such as signs, guardrails, and storm drains.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, safe, and compliant with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of engineers and supervisors to execute project plans.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform strenuous outdoor work in all weather conditions.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with mobile data entry applications.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Experience in construction, landscaping, or public works is a plus.
