Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of manual labor tasks including snow removal, leaf collection, and trash disposal.
- Operate and maintain light to medium construction and maintenance equipment safely.
- Assist in the repair and maintenance of streets, sidewalks, and public parks.
- Clear debris and obstructions from public rights-of-way during adverse weather conditions.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure project efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Class C Missouri Driver’s License.
- Physical ability to perform strenuous outdoor work in all weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction or landscaping equipment is a plus.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
